How to get there by car?
Driving from Westfield Mokotów along Wołoska Street, turn right into Domaniewska Street. We pass the first barrier on the right and enter the second barrier marked with the Medi Horizon Clinic banner. At the barrier, please press the button connecting Security, who will direct you to an appropriate parking space available free of charge for our patients.

Entrance to the Clinic:
The clinic is located on the Ground Floor, and the entrance is separate – behind the “A” entrance of the Horizon Plaza building and behind the Costa Cafe,
