What does the nose correction procedure look like?
The nose correction procedure is performed in the Operating Room.
At Medi Horizon Clinic, the rhinoplasty procedure is performed by a plastic surgeon with years of experience. The correction is performed under general anesthesia and usually lasts from 1h – 2h. The patient is invited to Medi Horizon Clinic for a designated time, and is then prepared for the procedure. Before the procedure, the plastic surgeon takes photographic documentation and a drawing on the skin, and then the surgical procedure is performed. Rhinoplasty, involves the precise incision and reshaping of the nose and septum. Therefore, the incision runs inside the nose. During the procedure the plastic surgeon models the cartilage, so that the nose gets a new shape, then sutures the wound and applies a nasal dressing (seton), which is removed a day after. As a result, the stitches are taken out after about 7-10 days after the procedure.

What is the recovery like after a nose job correction?
